Michael Avignon

Michael Avignon, R2R Founder, is a successful entrepreneur who has founded 10 companies over the past 30 years. His ventures include public and private companies in the Telecom Industry, Internet Industry, Biotech Industry and now the Financial Industry. While experiencing financial success, Mike realized a need to manage his own capital and began a diligent and comprehensive study of the financial markets. Over the past 20 years he has been trading futures as his primary financial instrument.

His trading success stimulated a vision to develop a trading system that was duplicatable and teachable to a network of traders who traded his capital as well as theirs... thus R2R was born.

Gary Avignon

Gary Avignon, R2R Partner, is a Licensed Psychotherapist and author who has specialized in transformational psychology for almost thirty years. Through his cutting edge psychological practice, Gary has helped hundreds of individuals identify and dissolve their blocks to success. He has appeared on William Shatner’s “Heartbeat of America” and was invited to host his radio show live from Texas Governor, Rick Perry’s Fitness Festival.

In 2008, he was invited to bring his psychological expertise to R2R. Gary’s primary responsibilities at R2R involve assisting R2R Traders in unlocking the psychological blocks to successful futures trading. Because of his extensive writing expertise, his secondary responsibilities include reducing Michael Avignon’s vast trading experience and knowledge to an extensive and cutting edge library of training manuals, videos, audios, and other training documents. He is another quick study futures trading protégé of Michael Avignon’s as well. 

Marci Gonzalez 

Marci Gonzales, R2R Partner, comes to R2R with extensive experience as senior research scientist at NASA, winning numerous awards for excellence and achievement while there.  Because of her exceptional skill and competence in complex scientific research projects, her diligence and hard work along with her proclivity as a trader, Marci was invited to join R2R to identify and develop effective trading systems and trade plans.

Marci is also Michael Avignon’s first trading protégé. As a partner and full-time trader, she mentors apprentice traders teaching them R2R’s comprehensive futures trading system.
